To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return & Refund Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:
Thanks for shopping at minimal affairs. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
Refunds - Products delivered in perfect condition are not eligible for any refunds.
Exchange - The same product can be exchanged, only if item is missing as per the content in the box - please note that you cannot exchange a product with another kind of product. If you wish to get another product in exchange of the ordered product kindly opt for return and store credit.
Items ineligible for Return or Exchange -
1. Products falling in categories - Wedding Decor, clothing accessories, Potl sizes less than 6 inches, Envelopes with coin or currency fixed, Bridal / Women Potlis.
2. Customised Products such as printing on envelopes, potlis, size customisation.
3. Pre-Cut Fabrics or Fabrics Printed on Demand.
4. Products bought on Sale.
5. Gift Hampers.
Customised Products - Please note any customisation (size change, printing on material) makes your order ineligible for returns.
In a case if you have received damaged order, or if you are not happy with it, you can return products up to 7 days from the date of delivery by sending a request to the support team through chat on our website or by email at email@example.com or call us at +91 62001 66419 Monday to Saturday (9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.). Your request will be recorded and further steps will be shared with you. Once your request has been successfully processed, we will arrange reverse shipment pickup from you. If reverse shipping is not available for your pincode, customers must ship items to us themselves.
Please ensure the following before returning the product:
- Item(s) must be unused, unwashed and unstained.
- The product must be in the original packaging and with all labels in place.
- The invoice received on the item(s) must be sent.

The refund will be initiated upon receipt of the product from our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method captured by the payment gateway provided at the time of purchase. COD orders will be returned to the account details provided when requesting a refund.
minimal affairs is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return within India. The refund will be made after deducting return shipping costs.

We at minimal affairs commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products. Since item we sell are handmade by our artisans, same product may vary from one another, but the patterns and design show will be similar. Misprints & Color differences from website images do not qualify as damaged products.
Full refund shall only be processed in the case different item is sent, no stitching, part missing, no gumming. In such case return shipping cost will be borne by us, if return shipment pick is available at your locations.
For self ship items, return shipping cost paid by customer shall be reimbursed in form of coupon, limited to Rs.150, which can be used in next purchase.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that minimal affairs is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, minimal affairs may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. minimal affairs reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when minimal affairs confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, minimal affairs will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
By using our platform, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
