Is there any shipping cost charged for orders made?

We offer free shipping all across India. 

Is there any charge for COD (cash on delivery) Orders?

Yes, COD charges will be extras charged at 2% (inclusive of taxes) over the cart value.

How will I know if my order has been placed?

After placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive a confirmation on email / phone sms from us. If there is a problem with the processing of your order, you will be notified by email /phone sms.

When my Items will be shipped?

Our Products are ready to dispatch. Order placed before 10 AM, shall be shipped on same day, later than that will be shipped on next business day. Normally, we ship the product within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Once the product is shipped, it will arrive at your door within 4-7 business days. Final Delivery time may vary subjected to courier partners.

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been placed?

If there is an error in the shipping address you provided at checkout, please email us at contactus@azafashions.com or call us directly. We will be unable to process change request for the orders already shipped.

What if I receive damaged order?

If the product is damaged on arrival, refuse to accept it or reach out to us within 24 hours via chat support on our website or email us at care@minimalaffairs.com or call us at +91 62001 66419 Mon-Sat (9:30 - 18:30). Please read our Return/Refund Policy for more information.
